We feel that our mission is to recover and hold the traditional flavors of Portuguese cuisine.

We work on renewing traditional dishes with new combinations of flavors, introducing a refreshing modernity and hence providing exceptional dining experience to our customers.

It all results in a exceptional cuisine, with its unique dishes like the famous, prizewinner Bread-vaulted Fish with modern and sophisticated specialties like risotto of oysters and champagne.
 
The service
A highly professional service, resulting of decades of experience and refinement.

The staff, led by the chef and sommelier Manuel Furtado, is proud to continue to serve with distinction the most demanding clients.

Wine service is also up to modern standards: wines are served at proper temperatures, the wine list is carefully organized according to the latest trends and a service of technically advanced “wine by the glass” guarantees the quality of each cup served.
 
The place
A classical and cozy ambiance with a wonderful view over the sea. A bright and pleasant place, open to all, where a tradition of almost forty years of good service renews itself every day and do justice to the three forks of the Michelin Guide.
